Artist biography

Jorge Fernando inherited Fernando Maurício touch, played for two decades with Amália Rodrigues, wrote fados that defined the identity of unavoidable names like Mariza or Ana Moura, worked with Camané, among many others.

However, solo, his career is equally extraordinary, in fado and out of it, with hits such as “Quem Vai ao Fado”, “Boa Noite Solidão”, “Chuva”, “Trigueirinha” or “Pode ser Saudade”. He also has a long career on stages around the world.
