Information about Users collected by VERDE MUSIC is, merely and solely, that voluntarily provided by Users for registration purposes or to contact VERDE MUSIC through the contact form.

If the personal data are violated, the entity responsible for processing them (VERDE MUSIC) will notify that fact to the competent supervisory authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) without unjustified delay and, whenever possible, up to 72 hours after becoming aware of such, unless the personal data violation is not susceptible of creating a risk to the rights and liberties of the natural persons. If the notification to the supervisory authority is not made within 72 hours, is shall include the reasons for the delay.

 

Whatever the personal data violation, it shall be documented by VERDE MUSIC with the following information: the facts related with the violation, the respective effects and the implemented repair measure.
